What are the delivery times ?
DELIVERY DELAY :
Our delivery times do not take into account weekends and public holidays:
Delivery to Canada: 7 to 18 days
Delivery to the USA and Australia: 8 to 18 days
Delivery in Europe: 8 to 12 days
Processing time :
Our products require 1 to 3 business days of processing in order to be shipped.
Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
Can I change my shipping or billing information after ordering?
Once you have placed an order, you cannot change your billing or shipping information. If you wish to make a modification, please contact our Customer Service at manager@dadyhome.com as soon as possible during the order processing phase to indicate your request. If the package has not yet been shipped, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, the shipping information cannot be changed while the package is in transit.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard...
Do you provide an invoice?
Yes. Once we have received an order and payment has been made, the invoice will be sent to you by email.
How can I find out the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for all orders.
If I want to make a gift purchase. Can you send my purchase to another address?
Yes, we can send your order to a different address.
How can I track my package ?
Once we ship your order, you should receive a shipping confirmation number within 24-48 hours via email to track your order.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Where is my confirmation email?
If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact our support team at manager@dadyhome.com and they will be happy to assist you. You will get a response to your email within 1 business day.
Canceling an order
Once an order has been placed, you can contact us within 12 hours to request a cancellation, if your order is not already being processed we will refund your order.
After this period, it will no longer be possible to cancel your order as it may have already been processed.
